Role Description:

• IT Business Systems Analyst is needed for a team responsible for designing & developing NextGen solutions for Healthcare Insurance industry. The role requires to Design, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on medium to high complexity, multiple large application business processes and/or business relationships

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements.
• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
• Write documentation to describe systems requirements in detailed use cases and user stories.
• Write manuals for users to describe functionalities and features.
• Work independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on-schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Interact with team members to determine best solutions Interact with product owners and end-users to understand business needs.Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of related experience with creating documentation, data\process analysis, and requirements gathering for application development in Health plans, Claims life Cycle area.
• 3+ years experience working with government plans including Medicare and Medicaid
• 3+ years experience in designing solutions for Health plans
• 3+ years experience in supporting the development team on User Stories and Testing teams on defects.
• 3+ years experience of working in Agile teams Scrum/KANBAN
• 2+ years experience in scripting for RDBMS like Oracle/ MS SQL
• Excellent communication skills and a degree of technical leadership skills.
