You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
