Quality Supervisor Regulatory Vehicle Compliance Vehicle

The RVCV Lead for North America is responsible for providing strategic and operational understanding for all EOL Control plan (RVCV) initiatives across all plants. This role owns regional performance, consistency of execution, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement of EOL Control plan( RVCV) processes. The NA Lead serves as the primary point of accountability for North America, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing regional business needs.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all EOL Control plan (RVCV) activities across North America, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to global standards.Act as the primary liaison between all North America locations for RVCV initiativesDrive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Define a global convergence plan for EOL Control plan (RVCV) checks – (frequency then 100% checks)Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and other stakeholdersIdentify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions as neededProvide leadership, coaching, and direction to the assembly plants on the implementationSupport change management and adoption of new processes, tools, or systems as requiredEnsure compliance with regional regulations, policies, and internal controlsParticipate in new model launch and plant start upCoordinate the correlation of warranty occurrences back into the EOL Control plan (RVCV) to help drive down warranty cost.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree required Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in General Assembly / Quality organization.Understanding Bill of process standards in General Assembly.Excellent organization and oral/written communicationTeamwork and collaborationComputer proficiency (Power point, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Technical Writing)Problem solving.Capable of leading Plant quality leadership implemented End of Line Control Plan.PFMEAControl Plans.Occurrence & Release.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in engineeringBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2018003Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: QualityPosted Date: 25/06/2026
