About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Customer Service Representative to manage customer

orders from entry through fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in our day-to-day operations

by ensuring orders are entered correctly, communicated clearly, and delivered on time.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics teams while

serving as a key point of contact for customers.

The role includes entering orders into our ERP system, verifying pricing and availability, tracking

fulfillment, resolving issues, and generating customer documentation.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm 

Location: On-site in Downlers Grove, IL

Pay: $22-28/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

● Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system

● Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, availability, and ship dates

● Respond to customer questions and provide timely updates on order status or delays

● Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure

smooth fulfillment

● Investigate and resolve discrepancies, backorders, and special requests

● Generate order confirmations and required customer documentation

● Help improve order entry and fulfillment processes over time

What We’re Looking For

● Exceptional attention to detail and high-accuracy data entry skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

● Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working under pressure

● College degree and 3+ years of customer service or order management experience

Preferred Experience

● Comfort using AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve data accuracy, and support

faster, more effective decision-making

● High-volume order entry in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)

● Working with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipment or inventory issues

● Creating order confirmations, BOLs, and shipping documentation
