Revenue Operations Specialist

Owning the systems that define the customer journey, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage account verification, billing processes, and workflow automation remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding and monetization strategies. Key responsibilities Own the systems for verifying, provisioning, and managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from signup to closure Build and maintain billing systems that simplify complex pricing and contract structures for scalability Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop internal tools and customer-facing workflows that facilitate the purchasing process Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles Proficiency in APIs, data models, and SQL, with the ability to create scripts and automations Familiarity with SaaS billing concepts, including usage-based pricing and subscription structures Strong problem-solving skills focused on identifying root causes and designing for failure cases Experience with modern billing platforms is a plus
