We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our in‑house marketing team to create content across key brands in the portfolio. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller who understands how to turn insights, trends, and brand strategy into compelling short‑form video content that drives measurable business impact. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience creating TikTok or short‑form vertical video content in‑house or for brands/agencies. Demonstrated success growing and managing brand or creator accounts with measurable results, such as: Achieving 50–150% follower growth within 12 months. Maintaining an average engagement rate of 5–10% or higher on organic content. Producing multiple videos exceeding 100K+ views, with at least several surpassing 1M+ views. Driving measurable traffic or conversions through content (e.g., 2–5% click‑through rate on linked campaigns or attributable increases in product page visits). Strong storytelling, on‑camera presence, and scriptwriting capabilities. Proficiency in filming and editing using mobile and/or professional editing tools. Experience using analytics dashboards to interpret performance data and refine content strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, legal, and product teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience within a global brand, consumer‑facing company, or direct‑to‑consumer environment. Familiarity with paid social amplification strategies and boosting high‑performing organic content. Background in influencer collaboration or creator partnerships. Experience contributing to integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. Demonstrated ability to improve content performance over time through structured A/B testing and creative optimization (e.g., increasing average watch time by 20%+ through hook refinement).
