This role serves as a key point of contact within the Service Department, helping clients understand repair and maintenance options while ensuring a seamless service experience from intake through completion.The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a client-facing environment where relationship-building, operational accuracy, and professionalism are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients with jewelry and timepiece service needsAssess service requests and clearly explain service options, timelines, and next stepsCreate accurate service intake documentation, descriptions, and recordsCoordinate effectively with service teams, repair partners, and Client Advisors to support repair workflowsMaintain proactive communication with clients regarding service updates and expectationsSupport a polished, organized, and client-focused service environmentAssist with routine operational and service support tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForSuccessful candidates are relationship-driven professionals who enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
