Hiring 1st Shift Assemblers in Carlsbad!!!$20-23/hrThe Assembler is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to blueprintsConduct product inspections to maintain quality standards.Perform audits at the workstation for toolsDocument quality issues and improvement opportunitiesProcess cards to ensure transactional accuracyEnsure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeledUse hand and power toolsEssential Skills1+ years of assembly experience or manufacturing production experience.Ability to read basic work instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a similar environment as an assemblerFamiliarity with hand and power tools.Work EnvironmentWork in a high delivery manufacturing environment within a brand-new, clean, and spacious production floor. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
