Must have experience in documenting business rules – Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective. Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows – Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows. Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients – Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups.Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills. Excellent relationship management skills. Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs. University or college degree or equivalent experience. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to the audience and to actively participate and influence conversations with senior executives. An expert in the application of business analysis core competencies with at least 8 years of experience. A strong communicator who listens and picks up on the spoken and unspoken words to excel at delivering, understanding, and interpreting messages through verbal discussions and in writing. An expert facilitator who is skilled in negotiation with senior and executive level stakeholders. A strategic thinker who appropriately applies a variety of planning, analysis, elicitation, modelling, and documentation techniques to accurately define and communicate requirements to help successfully deliver on initiatives.
