Job Description As a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Required Patrol in Gilbert, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas and alarm activity, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and report unusual conditions, access-control concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
