Position Summary

Seeking a professional Receptionist / Front Desk team member to provide administrative support, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming environment at a busy apartment community office. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, helping to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phones, direct calls, and manage inquiries
• Support office administration, data entry, and filing
• Assist leasing and property management teams as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and resident relations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Professional business attire required
• Two forms of ID required for employment
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Due to the nature of this position and the apartment industry, candidates with convictions for violent crimes, theft, sex offenses, or other crimes involving dishonesty or harm to others will not be considered. All background checks are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.
