Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and process incoming electronic components and materials.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using the Oracle ERP system.
• Pick, kit, stage, and issue materials to support production schedules.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Handle, package, and store electronic components in compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment while adhering to company safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one (1) year of related experience in material handling, warehouse, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with standard PC applications.
• Ability to work with small, detailed electronic components while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing or stockroom environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and ESD handling procedures.
