To learn more, please visit our website: Position Overview The Personal Injury Operations Manager will report directly to the President of Operations and serve as a key partner in driving operational excellence across the firm. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, improving business processes, implementing new initiatives, and ensuring operational consistency across all departments. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results. Responsibilities Partner with the President of Operations to execute strategic initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements. Lead the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational best practices across departments. Collaborate with department leaders to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions. Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to executive leadership. Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes. Work closely with Intake, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other departments to improve collaboration and efficiency. Identify operational risks, remove bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and client service. Support implementation of new technology, software, and automation initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of operations, business process improvement, project management, or law firm operations experience. Personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and implementing operational improvements. Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process development, and change management. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience using project management and reporting tools is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood Office.
