Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and supporting the efficient functioning of an award-winning high-performance luxury real estate team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Beverly Hills, CA, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating workflows, marketing, website management, creating listing agreements, optimizing administrative processes, and managing office systems, including transaction tracking, documentation, and compliance. The Operations Manager will support team scheduling, vendor and partner coordination, and implementation of marketing and listing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality client service. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, improving operational procedures, and partnering with leadership to support growth initiatives and special projects. Qualifications Operational management and office administration skills, including workflow coordination and process improvement. Experience with project management, scheduling, and task prioritization in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, office software, digital file management). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional client-service mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information. Prior experience in real estate, luxury services, or professional services operations is highly beneficial.
