Operations Manager

Summary The Operations Manager oversees and manages operational standards within the store to support inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and efficient processes. This role leads the operations team and partners with retail leaders to align inventory and operational procedures with company standards. The position drives improvements in auditing, stock control, and risk management to support sales and the customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute auditing, shortage reduction, and system control programs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with Retail Operations and IT to implement comprehensive stock team training programs. Manage store expenses including shipping/receiving, supplies, and alterations to optimize P&L. Set goals, provide direction and coaching to the operations team and report Operations KPIs to the Store Manager. Optimize inventory layout, product positioning, and inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency. Support risk management initiatives to reduce incidents and controllable losses. Evaluate and improve operational procedures and drive required organizational change. Provide training and assistance to store personnel on operational systems, policies, and procedures. Requirements 5+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem‑solving skills, and strong knowledge of inventory control. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
