What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care for patients aged 10 and older in an inpatient psychiatric unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients' mental health needs in a fast-paced, cohesive environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health or inpatient settings
• Ability to practice independently within Massachusetts
• Reliable transportation and local residency preferred (candidate currently credentialed at Leonard campus a plus)
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and compassionate approach to patient care
