Vice President, Treasury Risk Management - IRRBB Oversight

We are partnering with a global financial institution seeking an experienced treasury risk professional to support Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book and to oversee Portfolio Mark-to-Market risk. The role will sit within the Treasury Risk Management function and focus on overseeing balance sheet, liquidity, and interest rate risk, capital management, and related treasury risk processes across the Americas. Key Responsibilities Support oversight of Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book, Portfolio MTM risk, liquidity risk, and broader treasury risk management activities Review and challenge business strategies that impact balance sheet risk, interest rate exposure, liquidity, and capital management Help ensure treasury risks are properly identified, measured, monitored, controlled, and reported Partner with Treasury, Risk Management, Finance, business lines, and global stakeholders across the Americas and Head Office Support governance routines, risk reporting, analysis, documentation, and escalation of key treasury risk matters Candidate Requirements Experience in treasury risk, IRRBB, ALM, liquidity risk, market risk, balance sheet risk, or capital management within financial services Strong understanding of interest rate risk in the banking book, balance sheet strategy, risk measurement, and risk reporting Experience providing independent oversight, review, challenge, or second-line risk management support Ability to work with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and business teams Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and governance skills #J-18808-Ljbffr HW3
