B2B Marketing Manager

Marketing plays a direct role in influencing revenue, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. This role offers the opportunity to lead with visibility and drive brand growth and market expansion. You will shape marketing strategy with support from executive leadership and platform resources, and operate in a multi-channel B2B environment that may include distributors, end users, and emerging markets such as solar and wind. You are expected to oversee go-to-market planning across product launches, campaigns, and channel initiatives, strengthen brand consistency across marketing materials, and support sales enablement by developing tools and campaigns that improve distributor engagement and end-user adoption. You will translate complex, technical features into clear, compelling, revenue-driving messaging for multiple audiences, while building and tracking performance using KPIs and dashboards to inform data-driven decision making. The ideal background includes 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or player/coach capacity, with experience in B2B and industrial, manufacturing, or technical product environments preferred. You should be a highly organized, accountable leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills supported by a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic impact; familiarity with project management tools and data-driven marketing practices is also expected.
