This is a rewarding position that will have you wanting to go to work every day. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

• Support production with their use of high precision cutting tools such as drills, reamers, taps, mills, etc
• Coordinate projects and communicate findings. Some examples are:
• Develop, test, and implement tool improvements to yield cost savings for end user
• Lead collaborative meetings with customer
• Work closely with customer engineering department to support tooling suggestions and alterations
• Review all premature tooling and perform root cause analysis following 5Y/8D principles
• Drive scrap reduction and improve machining up-time for customer
