Operations Assistant

Holmans upfitting division has an opening for an Operations Assistant to join our team in our Louisville, KY location.

Starting pay: $22.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

What will you do?

• Assists payroll by entering, monitoring, and auditing employee piece rate, hourly pay, and employee attendance data
• Updates time records for employees
• Facilitate the Onboarding process
• Supports the production department with office related tasks as needed
• Scrubs and closes installation and parts orders
• Process paperwork and file as needed
• Assist in coordinating PIE events, employee engagement activities
• Answer phones as needed
• Update data and run reports as needed
• Assist employees with reimbursement forms and filing them

• Highly proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office suit
• Must be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment
• Must possess proficient computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Able to multi task well
• High attention to detail
• Able to think on your own and request assistance when needed
• Must possess the ability to gain the knowledge and understanding of parts lists
• Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, quality and performance
• Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment

Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $18.07 - $24.40 USD per hour.
