Paid Search Manager

Managing paid search strategy and execution for enterprise and mid-market accounts, the full-time remote Paid Search Manager will optimize campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities Leading paid search strategy and performance optimization for B2B clients across various platforms Developing campaign architecture, optimization plans, and testing roadmaps to achieve business results Translating campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders Required qualifications 1.5-3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency environment Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with Search Ads 360 (SA360) is a plus Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and reporting platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client accounts effectively Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
