Senior Paid Search Manager

Leading strategy and execution for sophisticated enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Paid Search Manager will optimize performance and collaborate across teams in a remote setting, focusing on complex B2B paid search programs. Key responsibilities: Serving as a strategic partner to enterprise B2B clients by leading paid search strategy and performance optimization Managing campaign architecture, optimization plans, and operational improvements to drive measurable business results Translating campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment Proven success managing complex B2B paid search programs across enterprise or mid-market clients Deep expertise in Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and other reporting platforms Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several client engagements
