Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve meaningful goals

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance motor function, cognition, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy techniques that promote ongoing success beyond sessions

Track and Evaluate Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure patient success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Mandatory NBCOT certification
