Field-Based Substance Use Case Manager - Recovery & Housing

The People Concern

The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Substance Abuse Case Manager for the FSP program at our Wellness Center. You will work with licensed clinicians, counselors, and a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with substance use disorders and homelessness, providing case management, referrals, and crisis support as needed. The role requires a CADC or equivalent certification and at least two years of relevant experience in a licensed facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
