(Houston 77015): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Forklift Mechanic / Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and possess strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.

Essential Duties:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and industrial machinery

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Inspect equipment to identify operational issues and ensure safe functionality

• Repair and replace faulty components, motors, wiring, hoses, and hydraulic parts

• Work with electrical systems ranging from 110V to 660V

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish

Requirements/Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Experience diagnosing and repairing forklifts or industrial equipment preferred

• Hydraulic systems experience required

• Electrical experience ranging from 110V to 660V required

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work overtime consistently as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in industrial environments for extended periods

• Comfortable working around moving machinery and equipment

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
