Quality Control Manager

Position Summary: As a Construction Quality Control Manager , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and client specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction quality control. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor and document all quality control activities, including testing and inspections. Review project documentation and drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices. Prepare and maintain quality control reports and records. Participate in meetings with clients, project teams, and regulatory agencies to discuss quality control matters. Qualifications: Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Knowledge of Three-Phase Quality Control (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up). Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
