salary: $31.27 - $31.28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the reviewing subscription documents for completeness and accuracy and work with funds and intermediaries to resolve subscriptions not in good order.
• Establishing new accounts on record keeping platform.
• Participate in client related events including but not limited to capital calls, interval purchases, tender offers and distributions. Provide timely and accurate responses to email inquiries both internal and with our clients and their shareholders.
• Actively ensures compliance with the Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures.
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification.
• Processes new accounts, purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance.
• Processes change requests to meet critical deadlines.
