We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders using a Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack), or a sit-down Forklift while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately using a Walkie Rider (EPJ) or Tow Motor.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Safely operate warehouse equipment.

Verify products and quantities before staging orders.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse order picking experience required.

Experience operating a Walkie Rider (EPJ) required. Current certification is a plus.

Ability to repeatedly lift 15–50 pounds throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with production expectations.

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.

Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Schedule

Shift begins between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Employees are expected to work until the day's orders are completed, typically ends bfeor 5:30 PM.

Overtime may be required based on business needs.
