Digital Support Associate Location: Los Angeles, CA – In‑Office (LAX Area) Employment Type: Full‑Time Classification: Non‑Exempt (Overtime Eligible) Department: Digital Services / Marketing Technology / IT Support Work Location: This role reports in‑office to our Los Angeles office located in the LAX area. Regular on‑site presence is required. Compensation (California Pay Transparency) Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 annually This position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with California law. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity. About the Role We are seeking a Digital Support Associate to join our team and provide hands‑on support for internal users and franchise partners across our digital platforms and services. This position is based on‑site in the Los Angeles LAX area and works closely with cross‑functional teams to support applications, digital marketing programs, and vendor‑managed services. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a background in IT support or customer service who enjoys supporting users, solving technical issues, and working with digital tools in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Provide front‑line web and phone support to franchise owners and internal users Support onboarding and offboarding of franchise owners, including system access and application setup Support the company website and branded microsites, including basic content updates, access management, and issue resolution Assist users with CMS workflows, content publishing, and permissions Deliver user training on company‑supported applications, digital platforms, and marketing programs Facilitate Direct Mail initiatives and assigned digital marketing programs Prepare and maintain billing‑related documentation for digital services Collaborate with internal teams on scheduled projects and operational initiatives Maintain user accounts, permissions, and content controls across applications Coordinate with third‑party vendors, monitor service delivery, and validate invoices Support data processing, data consolidation, and data cleansing activities Perform other duties as assigned to support Company goals What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in IT support, digital support, customer service, or a related role Experience supporting users in a technology‑driven environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar) Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) Basic understanding of HTML and web‑based applications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Merle Norman Cosmetics, Inc.
