Openings are available across multiple age groups and educational settings, offering the opportunity to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Contract Length: 10 Months
Hours: Approximately 30 Hours Per Week
Available Assignments
Center Program (2 Openings)
Location: Maywood, IL
Student Population: K-22
Supports students with more severe and profound disabilities
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break
High School Program (3 Openings)
Location: Maywood, IL
Schedule: 8:45 AM - 2:45 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Compensation
$80-$82 per hour
Rate dependent on experience

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations
Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Elementary Teaching preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Secondary Teaching preferred
State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teaching preferred
Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
