Position Summary We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment used in our plastics manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently. Set up equipment and make basic production adjustments. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Load materials and monitor material flow. Identify and report equipment problems. Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance. Complete production and quality-control paperwork. Follow production schedules and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work with supervisors and production team members to meet production goals. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attendance and dependable work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties. Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures.
