Step onto our manufacturing floor and start your day transforming heavy steel into precise auger flighting. You will work side by side with a leadman and shop foreman, following direction as you form, lift, and handle materials built for tough jobs. If you take pride in accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right, you will feel at home here.

• Receive task priorities from the leadman and shop foreman.
• Measure twice, cut and form once—use a tape measure to verify dimensions before shaping heavy metal into auger flights.
• Operate shop tools and equipment to complete assigned work, keeping quality and speed in balance.
• Uphold all health and safety procedures whenever equipment is in use.
• Wrap up assignments on schedule and prepare for the next job.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Physical readiness to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
