We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager who will play a key role in managing relationships with our major aerospace customers. Responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox with primary responsibility for a major aerospace customer.

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly.

• Communicate updates and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately.

• Assist with quality complaints and issue resolution.

• Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders including manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and shipping.

• Process paperwork and customer documentation efficiently.

• Monitor customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.

• Support quote requests and account management activities.

• Track customer issues and assist with process improvements.

Essential Skills

• Customer service and account management experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Administrative support and data entry proficiency.

• Ability to manage a heavy email volume and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace/defense industry is a plus.

• ERP, Microsoft Navision, or Microsoft Business Central experience is advantageous.

• Moderate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Inside sales or account management experience.

• Interest or aptitude for sales and business development.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in start times as long as the 40-hour work week is maintained. The role is based in an office connected to a manufacturing site, providing exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Initial training will take place in Cleveland, OH, with quarterly travel as needed. The team values strong communication and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
