Telemetry Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina This role involves providing specialized care in a trauma telemetries unit at a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. The position entails working night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Asheville, North Carolina
• Certifications: BLS (required), CMSRN (encouraged)
• Education and Experience: Open to candidates with no minimum years of experience required; must have BLS certification and active nursing license.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Unit Type: Trauma telemetry, with remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner electronic medical record system, and VC150 patient observation devices in every room
• Responsibilities: Preparing patients for procedures including Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Operating Room; providing compassionate and team-oriented patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience, charge nurse experience, BSN degree
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
