Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and partnering closely with hiring teams.

The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding assistance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable pivoting between recruitment priorities and onboarding tasks. The work environment offers the chance to contribute to a supportive team, build strong internal relationships, and make a direct impact on hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and recruitment cycle administration.
- Maintain recruiting records, track hiring activity, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Pasadena, CA.
