Data EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Data Platforms & Solutions team. As a Data Engineer within our dynamic pricing product team, you will play a crucial role in supplying data for production machine-learning models. Working alongside data scientists, data analysts, and software developers, you will ensure the efficient and accurate handling of data pipelines, facilitate the implementation of data models, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our pricing strategies. This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support dynamic pricing models.Collaborate with data scientists to prepare data for model training, validation, and deployment.Implement and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure continuous and reliable data integration.Work with the software development team to integrate data engineering solutions into the broader product architecture.Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations.Engage with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate these into technical specifications.Document data engineering processes and contribute to best practices.Job Requirements:Bachelor's (from a four-year college or university) or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of related experience in data warehousing, data pipelining and other big data technologies.
