The Project Delivery Associate Specialist is someone detail-oriented, obsessed with organization, and a sponge for marketing knowledge. You will be responsible for operational and administrative management of project processes to lead the on time, accurate delivery of performance and product marketing initiatives. This will include leading daily actions in the Workfront project management tool and a keen attention for detail to ensure materials are updated according to discussions to meet the needs of the business. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with call center, operations, product, technology, account management and legal & compliance to contribute to the execution of high-visibility marketing programs. Reporting to the Head of Provider Services Marketing, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to varied aspects of marketing as you support a growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the project management of product marketing and positioning initiatives, comprehensive lead generation/customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Maintain an accurate customer journey flow by tracking all current assets in market and own the file organization and maintenance of key assets like completed creative deliverables, strategy documents, sales playbooks, etc
• Lead the intake process for ad hoc requests from cross-functional business stakeholders
• Shepherd marketing materials for legal and compliance review from submission to approval
• Manipulate XLS files to properly format customer lists according to third party platform requirements
• Provide relevant resources to internal and external creative teams as they create highly effective ad assets customized for various segments
• Collaborate with the execution and reporting teams to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and on time
• Maintain day-to-day project management relationships, content planners, and calendars
• Demonstrate curiosity around innovative performance and product marketing tactics and channels by staying current on latest tools, trends, best practices, technologies, competitive insights, and CAN-SPAM laws
• Other duties as determined by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of progressive project management experience in a marketing environment
• 1+ years experience of progressive project management in a marketing environment
• 1+ years experience of supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns
• 1+ years of experience organizing complex projects
• 1+ years of experience delivering high-pressure projects on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency
• Experience working with Adobe Workfront
• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to quickly distill and disseminate key points
• Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills; Must be able to build relationships across functions and levels with demonstrated ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment
• A motivated, process-oriented self-starter with a high level of efficient time-management, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules
