Account Specialist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Customer Service Account Specialist in Burlington, NC to serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, handling routine inquiries via phone and internet while managing test result communications and administrative tasks in a laboratory services environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer requests regarding laboratory products and services via phone and online channels
- Qualify and onboard new customers requesting Labcorp services
- Notify clients of test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Review test forms for accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Manage HIPAA-compliant administrative support for medical records and CRM data
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ months of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with multitasking ability
