OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities You will be Responsible for Building Brand Relationships using the Dick's Retail Media Network. Support a Director or senior sales leader on one or more strategic brand partnerships, assisting with media planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing client management and/or Independently manage a smaller book of brand accounts, owning day-to-day relationships, campaign performance, renewal conversations, and revenue growth Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts and agency partners Consult with brands on campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting strategies, and optimization opportunities across sponsored products, display, and performance media solutions Support media investments across sponsored products, onsite display, offsite media, and emerging advertising solutions. Develop data-driven media recommendations aligned to brand goals, category priorities, and business outcomes Partner closely with internal planning, operations, measurement, creative, and product teams to ensure successful campaign execution Deliver and present post-campaign reporting, insights, and forward-looking recommendations to clients Identify opportunities to use performance data and insights to inform future planning and improve outcomes Navigate complex brand and agency organizations to drive alignment and momentum Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue goals Support Growth for the Retail Media Network Develop a strong understanding of DICK'S Media Network products, capabilities, and roadmap to effectively support cross-sell and upsell opportunities Collaborate with internal leadership to identify growth opportunities aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets Maintain accurate brand commitments, pipeline updates, and campaign details within CRM and internal reporting systems Provide structured feedback from brands and agencies to inform product enhancements, operational improvements, and go-to-market strategy Partner cross-functionally to refine processes, tools, and ways of working as the Retail Media Network continues to scale Career Growth & Development This role is designed to provide exposure to both strategi brand partnerships and independent account ownership, supporting career progression with the DICK'S Media Network sales organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications or Related discipline 3 - 5 Years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or digital marketing Experience with CRM tool(s) Experience in digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display Advertising, DR, Performance Advertising, Full-Funnel platform sales

This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
