The facility operates a modern Family Birth Center to support comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services. Clinical operations are conducted on-site across both inpatient and clinic settings. About the Facility Location Washington State offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities. The state provides year-round activities across diverse landscapes, including coastal areas, mountain terrain, and forested environments. Clinicians may explore a variety of outdoor and cultural destinations throughout the region during their assignment. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient and clinic settings during day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, with no call required. Obstetric responsibilities include managing high-risk and low-risk patients, with diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, advanced maternal age, and twin gestations; higher-order multiples are referred to another facility. Gynecologic responsibilities include annual visits, abnormal uterine bleeding, birth control management, and surgery consults for conditions such as fibroids, polyps, and AUB. An on-site sonographer performs early OB dating scans, position checks, and basic gynecologic ultrasounds, including IUD position checks; clinicians are not expected to independently read ultrasounds.
