What You'll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate and maintain machining, assembly, injection, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment checks
- Inspect parts to ensure 100% quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Record production data and complete documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
- Follow all safety policies and use PPE as required
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, CNC, or assembly
- High School Diploma or GED (required & must provide documentation)
- Ability to pass a skills assessment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable work history and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs., with good vision and mobility to safely perform production tasks
