Talent Services Coordinator

Executing key Talent Services processes across the employee lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Services Coordinator will manage HR transactions, respond to employee inquiries, and maintain data integrity across systems while providing administrative support within the Talent & Development team. Key Responsibilities Support employee lifecycle operations by processing HR transactions related to hiring, onboarding, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Provide employee support through various channels, responding to inquiries and promoting a self-service culture Maintain data integrity across HR systems through ongoing data entry, validation, and audits, proactively resolving discrepancies Required Qualifications Experience in Human Resources Operations, Shared Services, or a related administrative role Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Virtual Vocations Inc
