HR Recruiter

Primary Services is actively recruiting for an HR Recruiter to support a large, established client in the utility industry. As an HR Recruiter , you will manage the complete recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of corporate, operational, technical, and utility positions. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial intake through onboarding. Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through sourcing, interviews, offers, pre-employment, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, qualifications, timelines, and recruiting strategies. Develop and post compelling job descriptions across recruiting platforms and sourcing channels. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct recruiter interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization. Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and hiring recommendations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining recruitment timelines. Communicate consistently with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps. Prepare and support verbal and written employment offers, negotiations, and offer acceptance. Maintain active candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruiting updates. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional recruiting experience. At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across diverse job functions. Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, technical, or industrial positions. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms. Experience conducting recruiter screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing offer processes. Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and pre-employment processes. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze resumes, maintain organized candidate pipelines, and generate recruiting reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
