Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Recruiter to support a large and growing client. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in both human resources and full-cycle recruitment. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and supporting workforce initiatives that align with business goals. Responsibilities Define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and post open positions. Source qualified candidates through online channels, professional networks, job fairs, and social media recruiting tools. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Support recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagement initiatives. Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications to identify strong talent matches. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data to track activity, analyze results, and improve sourcing strategies. Support diversity recruiting initiatives and maintain inclusive hiring practices. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with social media recruiting platforms and online sourcing tools.
