Shift Details:

Full-Time Night Shift
12-hour shifts
Rotating weekends and holidays may be required

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical ICU unit. This role involves providing high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients during 12-hour night shifts in an acute hospital setting. You'll be joining a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program Minimum: Associate's Degree
California Registered Nurse License Active and unencumbered
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association upon hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association upon hire
NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required within 90 days of hire
One (1) year of RN experience in a Medical Surgical ICU in an acute care hospital setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

12 years of ICU experience in an acute care hospital
Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with complex, multi-system patient care
Team-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
Commitment to quality improvement and adherence to clinical protocols
