What you need The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be experienced in a wide range of high-dollar complex commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development of mixed-use and other commercial real estate assets. Responsibilities Work closely with developers and borrower side lenders on a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters. Work with sophisticated projects including condominiums, planned communities, medical facilities, hotels, and data center projects. Required Skills Experience with acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate. Experience in loan document negotiations and closing process from the borrower side. Experience in joint venture transactions (preferred, not required) Excellent oral and written communication skills Qualifications Between three and six years of law firm real estate finance experience JD from a US accredited law school License to practice law in the state of Texas preferred Compensation Range $265,000 - $390,000 (exclusive of bonus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Line Counsel
