Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active state license is required to start the position
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed occupational therapist with NH eligibility - required
• Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy or equivalent - required
• Experience in providing occupational therapy within the outpatient setting - strongly preferred
