What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Fleet and Business sales as Senior Manager, Fleet. If you have a successful track record of leading high-growth sales teams, knowledge of the EV/charging landscape, a strong network of relationships in the fleet space and a desire to support our mission to build a world of amazing abundance, this role is for you. As Senior Manager of North America Fleet Sales, you will chart the roadmap and drive expansion of Tesla's B2B vehicle sales program, collaborating with senior leadership across Tesla to position Tesla as a leader in the fleet space. This role can be in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA. What You'll Do Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with executive decision makers at existing and prospect accounts, as well as broader stakeholders within the industry Drive sales conversations with key stakeholders of corporate accounts, enterprise clients, and fleet operators, both directly and through the actions of your team.
