Mechanical Foreman
Trillium Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman local to Orlando, FL for a school renovation project!
Project Details:
- Starts ASAP
- Pay is $40/hr - No per diem
- Approximately 6-week project
- Schedule: 6x10's (60 hours/week)
- Location: Orlando, FL
- School renovation project
Scope of Work:
- Oversee daily field operations for mechanical scope (HVAC ductwork and piping systems)
- Coordinate installation activities between sheet metal and piping crews
- Manage manpower, workflow, and job sequencing to maintain project schedule
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings (HVAC + piping)
- Coordinate with GC, site supervision, and other trades
- Ensure quality control, productivity, and jobsite safety compliance
- Lead and direct field crews in a fast-paced school renovation environment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial mechanical experience preferred
- Strong background in both sheet metal and piping systems strongly preferred
- Prior foreman/lead experience required
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC and piping drawings
- Proven experience running field crews on commercial projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- School renovation or fast-track commercial project experience preferred
- JLA badge preferred for school access
