Hiring Occupational Therapist – 2026–2027 School Year
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Contract Position
Bilingual Therapies is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract position supporting middle school students in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The position serves a 6th–8th grade caseload across two middle schools. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of eight Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive support to students and school teams. Part-time candidates may also be considered.

Hours: Full-Time – 7:45 AM–3:15 PM, Monday–Friday
Grades: 6th–8th Grade
Setting: Onsite Only
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 3, 2027
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate as a member of a team of eight Occupational Therapists to support middle school students
Serve on building-level teams to conduct initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
Provide MTSS and IEP support to students
Consult with school teams to promote the generalization of skills
Work collaboratively with educators and other school professionals to support student needs
Job Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
Experience supporting middle school students preferred
